Terms of Service

1. The service

CarePro CRM is a subscription business management platform for beauty, wellness, aesthetic and similar businesses. It includes appointments, client records, point of sale, payment kiosk, inventory, HR and payroll, reporting, AI assistance and optional Facebook Messenger integration. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your staff logins
• You must keep passwords confidential and notify us of any unauthorised access
• Accounts may not be shared beyond the staff seats included in your plan

3. Free trial and subscriptions

• New businesses receive a 14-day free trial with no payment required to start
• After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription
• Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected period and are non-refundable except where required by law
• Plans can be upgraded at any time; downgrades take effect at the next billing period
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice
• If payment fails, access may be suspended until the balance is settled

4. Your data and your clients

You own the data you enter. You are the controller of your clients' personal information and are responsible for collecting it lawfully, informing your clients how it is used, and honouring their requests. We act as your processor and handle that data according to our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes
• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages or content that violates Meta's policies
• Upload malware or attempt to breach, probe or overload the service
• Reverse engineer, resell or white-label the platform without written permission
• Store payment card numbers or unnecessary sensitive data in free-text fields

6. Facebook and Messenger integration

If you connect a Facebook Page, you confirm you are authorised to manage that Page. Your use of the integration is additionally governed by Meta's Platform Terms, Messenger Platform Policy and Community Standards. You must respond to Messenger conversations only for legitimate business purposes and must honour the 24-hour messaging window and other Meta messaging rules. We may disable the integration if Meta requires it or if it is misused.

7. AI features

AI-generated replies, summaries and insights are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing them before sending or acting on them. They are not medical, legal, tax or financial advice.

8. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure events may cause downtime. Support is provided by email at eadigitalsolutions2023@gmail.com.

9. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design and branding remain our property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the duration of your subscription.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, do not pay, or create legal or security risk. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in the courts of Cavite.
