User Data Deletion Instructions

Option 1 — Remove the app from Facebook (automatic)

If you connected your Facebook Page to CarePro CRM, or messaged a business Page that uses CarePro CRM, you can trigger deletion directly from Facebook:

• Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings
• Select Apps and Websites
• Find CareProCRM in the list
• Click Remove and confirm

Facebook then notifies our data deletion endpoint automatically. We delete the Messenger conversations, messages, lead records and stored profile details linked to your Facebook identity, and Facebook shows you a confirmation code you can use to check the status.

Option 2 — Email us

Send a request to eadigitalsolutions2023@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request and include:

• Your full name
• The email address or phone number on the record
• The business or Facebook Page you interacted with
• Whether you want everything deleted or only specific records

We verify the request, delete the data, and confirm by email within 30 days. There is no fee.

Option 3 — Delete a CarePro CRM business account

Business owners can request full account deletion by emailing us from the registered owner address. This permanently removes the business, its staff logins, clients, sales, HR and payroll records and any connected Facebook data.

What gets deleted

• Messenger conversations, messages and attachments stored in the CRM
• Lead records created from Messenger, including name, profile picture, phone and email
• Facebook user and Page access tokens
• Client profiles and related history, where full account deletion is requested

What we may keep

We may retain a minimal record of the deletion itself, plus invoices and accounting records we are legally required to keep. These are never used for marketing and are removed at the end of the statutory retention period.

Timeline

Automatic deletions from Facebook are processed immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Backups containing the data are cycled out within a further 30 days.
